It seems that now more than ever before middle life crisis is affecting more younger men now according to research. One may wonder is it because they are aging at a faster rate than previous years? No!, the major culprit is their unhealthy life.
Think about this, how many younger men do you know who have a pouch belly, grandpa looks and are in constant battle to maintain there youthful looks. Some may even exhibit strange behavior because of substance abuse. Others could be suffering from sexual failures, poor communication with their families and financial ruin due to early retirement.
